Pilot Program: Special Invitation!

Whether you are a current or former Caregiver would you like to Take a Break? How about
some support, inspiration and good fun – just for you? You are invited to join a new program
called The VIP Caregiver Clubhouse. A five week on-line program designed just for you. Each
week will have a theme to inspire you to take care of yourself and connect to others. Breeda
Miller will lead this inaugural group through a short weekly video, a hosted private Facebook
group, and an expert guest video each week sharing more thoughts and ideas to support you.
There will be fun activity sheets to record your thoughts and ideas and bonus items. Will you

What’s Included?

• Weekly Theme – Short videos and stories to inspire you and give you something to consider each week.
• Guest Experts – Guest experts will join us to share pearls of wisdom in their area of expertise. They will present a 10-15 minute segment to help you gain additional perspective and ideas about taking care of yourself and finding the time to do it.
• Downloadable Resources – Clever ideas, activity sheets, journal prompts and tracking pages to help you sort out where you are right now, what you would like to be doing, and how to make it happen. Including your own “GO AWAY” door hanger.
• The Clubhouse Gang – A soft spot to land to ask questions, share ideas and success stories, or just offer a shoulder of support to other caregivers. Breeda will share live videos to keep things lively. This is a private, closed group, so if you want to ask a question that is embarrassing or awkward in a public group – this is the place to be.
